Wir suchen ab 1.12.2026 1 Pflegeassisten_in Anstellungsart: Teilzeit

Stundenausmaß: 30 Wochenstunden

Arbeitsort: Haus St. Nikolaus, Kardinal König-Platz 1, 7100 Neusiedl am See

Gehalt: Ab € 2.731,00 brutto pro Monat (Basis Vollzeit, 37 Wochenstunden)

Beginn: 01.12.2026

Deine Aufgaben:

* Durchführung einer ganzheitlichen Pflege, die sich an den persönlichen, physischen und psychischen Grundbedürfnissen der Bewohner*innen und an ethische Grundsätze orientiert

* Umsetzung aller pflegerischen Maßnahmen unter Einhaltung der Bestimmungen des GuKG sowie der Pflegerichtlinien und -leitlinien

* Selbständige Umsetzung von Pflegekonzepten

* Beteiligung am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess zur Erhaltung und Förderung der Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität im Haus

* Kommunikation mit Angehörigen und Vertrauenspersonen der Bewohner*innen.

* Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit in einem gut eingespielten Team.

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegeassistent*in

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Gute Kenntnisse des Pflegeprozesses und der Dokumentation (EDV)

* Wertschätzende Grundhaltung und Orientierung an den Werten der Caritas

* Physische und psychische Belastbarkeit, hohe soziale Kompetenz und Teamorientierung

* Empathie und Toleranz für Menschen in herausfordernden Situationen

* Flexibilität (Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagsdienste)

Unser Angebot:

* Zusätzlich drei dienstfreie Tage pro Jahr: Karfreitag, 24. und 31. Dezember (ersatzfrei)

* Wir bieten unseren Mitarbeiter*innen das Rad-Leasing an

* Das Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt lt. Kollektivvertrag der Caritas (VG V/1) € 2.731,00 auf Basis Vollbeschäftigung mit 37,0 Wochenstunden, zuzüglich allfällige Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagszulagen, und erhöht sich je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Gemäß § 79 Bgld. LBedG kommen die Regelungen zum Mindestlohn zur Anwendung.
