R&S Medical ist Ihr zuverlässiger Partner für qualifiziertes Personal im Gesundheits- und Sozialbereich. Für unseren Kunden, suchen wir ab sofort engagierte Pflegeassisten:innen.

In der Einrichtung werden ältere Menschen gepflegt, begleitet und in ihrem Alltag unterstützt. Gesucht werden empathische Persönlichkeiten, die Menschen auf ihrem Weg zu mehr Selbstbestimmung und Lebensqualität unterstützen möchten.

Ihre Aufgaben

- Individuelle Begleitung und Unterstützung der Bewohner:innen im Alltag

- Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und persönlichen Entwicklung

- Unterstützung bei der Tagesstrukturierung und Freizeitgestaltung

- Begleitung bei sozialen Aktivitäten

- Durchführung pflegerischer Tätigkeiten entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation

- Dokumentation der Betreuungsmaßnahmen

- Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Fachkräften und dem Betreuungsteam

Ihr Profil:

- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegeassistent:in nach GuKG

- Eintrag im Gesundheitsberuferegister

- Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau B2)

- Teamgeist, Verlässlichkeit und ein liebevoller Umgang mit Menschen

- Freude an Kommunikation, Mitgestaltung und echter Zusammenarbeit
