Unser Team sucht Verstärkung 1 Pflegeassistent_in Anforderung:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegeassistenz im Sinne des GuKG

* Eintragung in das Gesundheitsberufsregister

* Einschlägige Berufspraxis von Vorteil

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, Teamfähigkeit, Vertrauenswürdigkeit, wertschätzender Umgang, fachliche und soziale Kompetenz

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt

Beschäftigungsausmaß und Gehalt:

* Voll- oder Teilzeit

* Entlohnung nach SWÖ-KV auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37 Wochenstunden)

* Für PA brutto EUR ab 3.099,94 (SEG-Zulage, Aufzahlung PA, Entgeltzuschuss Land, exklusive Nachtdienstzulage sowie Sonn- und Feiertagszulagen)

* Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten

* Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation möglich; das tatsächliche Gehalt (abhängig von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation) wird im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gesprächs besprochen

* Ab vollendetem 43. Lebensjahr 30 Arbeitstage Urlaubsanspruch
