Der Sozial- und Gesundheitssprengel Ausserfern mit Sitz in 6600 Pflach, Kohlplatz 7a/Top 25, bietet mobile Versorgung im Bereich der medizinischen Hauskrankenpflege, Pflegehilfe, Heimhilfe und Hauswirtschaftsdienst uvm. für den gesamten Bezirk Reutte.

Im Fokus unserer Arbeit steht die ganzheitliche mobile Betreuung pflegebedürftiger und älterer Menschen in ihrer Umgebung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir: 1 Pflegeassistent_in ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Teilzeit (zw. 20 und 30 Stunden/Woche) oder Vollzeit (37 Stunden/Woche) für Einsatzregionen Tannheimertal, Lechtal, Zwischentoren u. Reutte und Umgebung
