Qualifikationen / Anforderungen

Fachliche Anforderungen:

* Entsprechend abgeschlossene Ausbildung

* Für die Berufsausübung notwendige Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

* Nostrifikation in Österreich bei einer im Ausland anerkannten Ausbildung

* Registrierung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Berufserfahrung in der Altenpflege von Vorteil

Persönliche Anforderungen:

* Engagement und soziale Kompetenz für die bedürfnisorientierte Pflege und Betreuung von Bewohner:innen

* Freude an der Arbeit mit alten Menschen

* Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigenverantwortung

Leistungen der Anstellung

Beschäftigungsausmaß nach Vereinbarung:

Gehaltsschema: Lt. SWÖ-KV / Verwendungsgruppe 5 (Mindestentgelt ab 01.04.2026 € 2.717,17 brutto auf Basis einer Vollbeschäftigung (37 Stunden/Woche) zzgl. SEG-Zulagen € 247,27 brutto (vorbehaltlich der gesetzlichen Vordienstzeitanrechnung)
