* Führerschein B und PrivatPKW

Was wirst Du machen?

* Du begleitest bei der Alltags- und Freizeitgestaltung, der Haushaltsführung und der Gestaltung des gemeinsamen Zusammenlebens

* Du bist Ansprechperson bei persönlichen, psychosozialen und gesundheitlichen Fragestellungen

* Du hast Zeit, auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Bewohner_innen einzugehen und unterstützt sie dabei, ihr Leben nach eigenen Vorstellungen zu gestalten

* Du arbeitest in einem multiprofessionellen und vielfältigen Team, welches sich gegenseitig stärkt und gemeinsam neue Ideen entwickelt

Was solltest Du mitbringen?

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegeassistent_in

* Du arbeitest gerne im Team und kannst auch selbstorganisiert und eigenverantwortlich arbeiten

* Hohe Orientierung an den Bedürfnissen der Bewohner_innen sowie eine klare personenzentrierte Haltung

* Offenheit für Austausch, Feedback und gemeinsame Lösungsfindung im Team
