Die modernen und den heutigen Ansprüchen der Pflege entsprechenden Häuser befinden sich an den Standorten Klagenfurt, Treffen/Villach, Maria Gail/Villach, Waiern/Feldkirchen und Spittal/Drau.

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum:zur Pflegeassistent:in oder Fachsozialbetreuer:in Altenarbeit und Eintragung ins Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Zusatzausbildungen in den Bereichen Basale Stimulation, Hospiz, Kinästhetik, Validation, Hygiene oder ähnliches von Vorteil

* Fähigkeit zur konstruktiven Teamarbeit und interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit

* Bereitschaft zu Fortbildungen und zur Aneignung aktuellen Wissens

* Aufgeschlossenheit und soziale Kompetenz

* Flexible Einsatzbereitschaft (Dienstrad inkl. Nacht- und Wochenende)

* EDV-Grundkenntnisse

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Aufrechterhaltung der Pflegequalität

* Basisversorgung und Alltagshygiene

* Durchführung von hauswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten (z.B. Betten machen, auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit achten usw.)

* Mitgestaltung einer ansprechenden Umgebung, in der sich die Bewohner:innen wohlfühlen können. Neben der Pflegekomponente ist der langfristige Beziehungsaufbau ein wesentlicher Aspekt Ihrer täglichen Arbeit.

Wir bieten

sichere Arbeitsplätze in multiprofessionell geführten Häusern sowie laufende Fortbildungen. Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach Kollektivvertrag der Diakonie mit einem Mindestentgelt ab 2.715,36 € brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeit (37 Stunden pro Woche) exkl. Nacht-, Sonn- u. Feiertagszuschläge. Vordienstzeiten werden laut Kollektivvertrag angerechnet.

Wir passen unsere Strukturen an die Bewohner:innen und an die Mitarbeiter:innen an - nicht umgekehrt. Das zeigt sich auch in der flexiblen Dienstplangestaltung. Die professionelle Weiterentwicklung ist uns ein besonderes Anliegen. Im Sinne der Erhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards ermöglichen wir Ihnen regelmäßige Weiterbildungen auf dem letzten Stand der Wissenschaft.
