* Durch dich fühlen sich Menschen zu Hause gut aufgehoben und schätzen deine Verlässlichkeit.

* Du pflegst unsere Klient:innen mit Weitblick, Wärme und Wirkung, nach dem GuKG und im Sinne unserer Rotkreuz-Werte.

* Du dokumentierst digital, damit Pflege gut abgestimmt und nachvollziehbar ist.
