Willkommen im Sozialraum Linz - Gemeinsam Leben gestalten.

Wir als Diakoniewerk möchten Lebensräume für alle Menschen aktiv mitgestalten - unabhängig von Alter, Herkunft oder Beeinträchtigung. Unsere Angebote orientieren sich am Prinzip der sozialräumlichen Arbeit: Wir fördern Teilhabe dort, wo Menschen leben - im Stadtteil, im direkten Umfeld. Mit vielfältigen Angeboten wie Seniorenarbeit, Behindertenarbeit sowie Flucht & Integration schaffen wir inklusive Lebensräume und stärken das Miteinander.

Das Haus für Senioren in Linz bietet Wohnen mit Pflege in vier Hausgemeinschaften für 49 Menschen im Alter. Unsere Grundlage ist das Hausgemeinschaftskonzept.

Teilzeit, 20 - 25 Wochenstunden

Deine Aufgaben

* wertschätzende Pflege und Begleitung von älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen

* Unterstützung der Senior_innen in allen Belangen

* Bewohner_innen ernst nehmen mit ihren Sorgen und Ängsten

* administrative Tätigkeiten

* eigene Stärken im Haus einbringen (wir sind in der Erarbeitung neuer Strukturen)

Dein Profil

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachsozialbetreuer_in oder Pflegeassistent_in

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen im Alter

Wir bieten

* Turnusdienst mit 1-2 Wochenend-Diensten im Monat

* Arbeitszeiten zwischen 7:00 und 21:30 Uhr

Fachsozialbetreuer:in ab € 2.974,60

bei Vollzeit (37 Wochenstunden). Mehrzahlung je nach Vordienst- & Ausbildungszeiten
