Ihre Mission bei uns:

Als unverzichtbarer Teil unseres Teams tragen Sie täglich dazu bei, das Leben unserer Bewohner/innen schöner und sicherer zu machen.

* Menschliche Begleitung: Sie sind die wichtigste Bezugsperson im Alltag unserer Bewohner/innen und begleiten sie mit viel Empathie und Wertschätzung.

* Kompetente Pflege: Durchführung übertragener Pflegemaßnahmen (gemäß GuKG), Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustands sowie Mitwirkung bei medizinischer Diagnostik und Therapie.

* Wohlbefinden schaffen: Aktive Unterstützung bei der Körperpflege, Ernährung und Mobilisation, immer mit dem Fokus auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse.

* Abschluss: Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Pflegeassistent/in (PA) und die Eintragung in das Gesundheitsberuferegister.
