Für den Familienentlastungsdienst Graz-Umgebung suchen wir ab sofort eine:n Pflegeassistent:in oder Fachsozialbetreuer:in oder Diplomsozialbetreuer:in mit Schwerpunkt Behindertenarbeit. Du arbeitest gerne flexibel, gut organisiert und eigenverantwortlich und schätzt die abwechslungsreiche Begleitung von Menschen in ihrem persönlichen Umfeld? Dann passt du gut in unser Team! Bei uns kannst du deine fachlichen Kompetenzen einbringen und Familien im Alltag verlässlich unterstützen. 1 Pflegeassistent_in oder Fachsozialbetreuer_in BA - Familienentlastungsdienst Was wirst du machen?

* Du begleitest Menschen unterschiedlichen Alters in ihrem häuslichen Umfeld

* Du entlastest Angehörige und begleitest die Teilnehmer:innen zu Behörden, Ärzt:innen und weiteren Terminen

* Du unterstützt im Bereich Pflege

* Du orientierst dich an den Wünschen und Bedürfnissen der begleiteten Menschen

* Du stimmst dich mit Angehörigen, Ansprechpersonen und Netzwerkpartner:innen wie Vereinen und anderen Anbieter:innen ab

Was solltest du mitbringen?

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegeassistent:in, Fachsozialbetreuer:in oder Diplomsozialbetreuer:in mit Schwerpunkt Behindertenarbeit

* Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Kenntnisse im personenzentrierten Arbeiten

* Führerschein B und eigener PKW

* EDV-Grundkenntnisse, beispielsweise für Zeiterfassung und Intranet

* Bereitschaft, auch als Springer:in Dienste zu übernehmen

* Bezahlung nach Kollektivvertrag der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich (SWÖ-KV), VG 7, Mindestgehalt bei Vollzeitanstellung 3.074,80 Euro brutto; je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten bis zu 3.444,40 Euro brutto. Für die Berufsgruppen Sozialbetreuer:innen sowie Pflege(fach)assistent:innen wird zusätzlich ein Pflegebonus gewährt.
