Wir - das Tageszentrum Möllbrücke - sind ein Gesundheitshaus für geriatrische Rehabilitation und sind kärntenweit einzigartig. Unser Hauptanliegen besteht in der Gesundung von älteren Patienten nach einem Krankenhausaufenthalt und in der bedürfnisorientierten Betreuung von Menschen mit Demenz. Für uns steht der Mensch im Vordergrund und daher versorgen wir unsere Gäste mit großem Fachwissen, mit Hausverstand und vor allem mit Herz! 1 Pflegeassistent/in oder Fachsozialbetreuer/in für Altenarbeit Ihre Aufgaben

* Unterstützung bei der täglichen Körperpflege und im Alltag

* Hilfe bei der Mobilisierung und Nahrungsaufnahme

* Dokumentation von Pflegemaßnahmen und medizinische Daten

Das bringen Sie idealerweise mit :

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung

* Wertschätzenden und freundlichen Umgang mit älteren Menschen

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und Selbständigkeit
