Das Bezirkspflegeheim Kamillus in Passail ist seit dem 01.01.2024 Teil des Pflegeverbands Weiz. Es bietet 38 Betten, darunter 13 Doppel- und 11 Einzelzimmer sowie ein Kurzzeitpflegebett für akute oder geplante Unterstützungsbedürfnisse.

Das Kamillus ermöglicht pflegebedürftigen Menschen ein Leben in familiärer Atmosphäre mit individueller Unterstützung durch professionelle Mitarbeiter_innen.

Die Mitarbeiter_innen berücksichtigen die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche der Bewohner_innen und respektieren ihre Wertehaltungen, Lebensgewohnheiten und persönlichen Erfahrungen.

Das Pflegeheim befindet sich in der grünen Umgebung von Passail, was unseren Bewohner_innen und Mitarbeitern_innen eine idyllische und erholsame Umgebung bietet.

Aufgabengebiete

* Individuelle Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohner_innen sowie Aktivierung der Ressourcen

* Unterstützung in der Bewältigung alltäglicher Herausforderungen

* Begleitung zur Erhaltung und Wiederherstellung von Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten

* Zusammenarbeit im interprofessionellen Team

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
