Das Institut Hartheim betreut Menschen mit kognitiver und mehrfacher Beeinträchtigung. Rund 700 Mitarbeiter_innen unterstützen über 650 Menschen in unserer Zentrale in Alkoven und in acht Gemeinden Oberösterreichs.

Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams im Stammhaus in Alkoven und in den Außenstellen suchen wir 1 Pflegeassistent_innen (-helfer_innen) 20 - 37 Stunden/Woche im Turnusdienst, ab sofort

Welche Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

- Professionelle Pflege und Betreuung der Kunden:innen, sowie Erhebung der Pflegebedürfnisse

- Mitwirkung bei Diagnostik und Therapie

- Pflegedokumentation nach der jeweils vorgegebenen Methode

- Bedürfnisorientierte Begleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen in Hinblick auf Normalisierung bei Selbstbestimmung und Inklusion

- Freizeitagogische Angebote

- Agogische und pflegerische Dokumentation und organisatorische Aufgaben

Diese Voraussetzungen sollten Sie mitbringen:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Pflegeassistent:in (-helfer:in), inkl. gültigem Berufsausweis gem. Gesundheitsberuferegister

- Freude an der individuellen Betreuung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen

-Kooperationsbereitschaft und Flexibilität

- Erfahrung im psychiatrischen Bereich bevorzugt

- Erfahrung und Freude in der Betreuung von Menschen mit kognitiver oder mehrfacher Beeinträchtigung

- Bereitschaft zum Erwerb von Deeskalationstechniken für den Umgang in Konfliktsituationen

- Agogisches Geschick, besonderes Einfühlungsvermögen, Beobachtungsgabe, Reflexionsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamorientierung

- Abgeschlossener 16h-Erste-Hilfe-Kurs, Führerschein B und EDV-Kenntnisse

Die Entlohnung laut SWÖ-KV in der Verwendungsgruppe 5 beträgt für 37 Wochenstunden je nach Berufserfahrung und anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten € 2.717,17 bis € 3.057,17 brutto plus SEG-Zulage und Pflegebonus.
