Im Pflegehaus St. Louise in Maria Anzbach bieten wir stationäre Langzeitpflege, Kurzzeitpflege und Tagespflege an. Insgesamt werden 100 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in fünf Wohngruppen gepflegt und betreut.

Für unser Pflegehaus St. Louise suchen wir ab sofort ein*e Pflegeassistenz* in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.

Als Teil unseres Teams sind Sie eine wichtige Unterstützung in der Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner*innen. Ihr Profil sollte ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Engagement beinhalten. 1 Pflegeassistenz* Arbeitsort: Maria Anzbach

Arbeitausmaß: Teilzeit oder Vollzeit

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Durchführung bzw. Mitwirken bei der Durchführung von pflegerischen Maßnahmen nach Maßgabe der Bestimmungen des GuKG

* Umsetzen von Pflegekonzepten

* Einhaltung von Pflegerichtlinien und -leitlinien

* Umsetzen von Wohnbereichszielen auf Basis des Pflegeleitbildes und -modells

* Bestmögliche Begleitung, Betreuung und Pflege unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Einzel- und Gesamtbedürfnisse der Bewohner*innen

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Absolvierte Ausbildung als Pflegeassistenz* (gemäß GuKG)

* Freude im Umgang mit pflege- und betreuungsbedürftigen Menschen

* Hohe Bewohner*innen-, Team- und Serviceorientierung

* Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Kollegialität, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

* Fähigkeit zum selbständigen und verantwortungsbewussten Arbeiten

* EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse und Lernbereitschaft

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt mindestens € 3.113,97 bei 39 Wochenstunden. Der Pflegezuschuss lt. EEZG für das Jahr 2025, sowie die Schmutz-, Erschwernis-, und Gefahrenzulage ist bereits inkludiert.

Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt ist abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
