Unser Team sucht Verstärkung

Die Burgenländische Pflegeheim Betriebs-GmbH ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der SDB und auf stationäre Pflege sowie Betreuung spezialisiert. Sie umfasst neben dem Pflegewohnhaus Neudörfl - St. Nikolaus auch das Pflegewohnhaus Oberpullendorf - Haus St. Peter, das Pflegewohnhaus Redlschlag - Haus Josefine sowie das Pflegewohnhaus Rechnitz - Am Schlosspark. Besonderes Augenmerk liegt auf der Umsetzung eines bewohner- sowie mitarbeiterfreundlichen und zeitgemäßen, modernen Standards. Für die Psychiatrische Langzeitpflege im Pflegewohnhaus Neudörfl suchen wir Verstärkung.

Wie Sie den Menschen helfen / Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie betreuen pflegebedürftiger Menschen unter Anleitung und Aufsicht des gehobenen Dienstes in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege

* Sie sind zuständig für die Unterstützung in der Pflege sowie für die Mitarbeit bei Therapie und Diagnostik

* Die Umsetzung und das Einhalten des Pflegeprozesses, von Pflegekonzepte und Pflegestandards ist Grundlage Ihres Arbeitsspektrums

* Die sorgfältige Dokumentation der durchgeführten Pflege und Betreuung sowie verlässliche Informationsweitergabe gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben

* Sie sind Teil eines multiprofessionellen Teams, das sich gegenseitig unterstützt und die Bewohner:innen in den Mittelpunkt stellt

Was Sie mitbringen / Ihr Profil

* Sie besitzen den Nachweis zur fachlich abgeschlossenen Ausbildung zur Pflegeassistenz gemäß GuKG sowie die Zusatzqualifikation Fachsozialbetreuung Behindertenarbeit (FSB-BA) oder DiplomSozialbetreuer:in für Behindertenarbeit (SDB-BA)

* Ihre Qualifikation ist im Gesundheitsberufsregister eingetragen

* Sie erkennen die Ressourcen und Potentiale von Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen

* Ein gutes Klima sowie herzliche Zusammenarbeit sind Ihnen ebenso wichtig wie uns

* Eine abgeschlossene Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich der psychiatrische Langzeitpflege begrüßen wir

Unser Angebot

Das Einstiegsgehalt richtet sich nach dem SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag, VG 5/Stufe 1 und beträgt mind. € 3.458,49 brutto bei Vollzeit inkl. Zulagen. Ihre facheinschlägigen Vordienstzeiten werden selbstverständlich angerechnet, sodass wir gemeinsam ein faires und attraktives Gehalt festlegen.
