Unser "Pflege- und Betreuungszentrum Fischamend" ist mit seinen 75 Einzelzimmern eine Wohneinrichtung für Menschen mit Pflegebedarf im Zentrum von Fischamend. In einem innovativen Konzept mit fünf Wohngemeinschaften bieten wir den Bewohner:innen Geborgenheit und eine familiäre Wohlfühlatmosphäre. * Begleitung unserer Bewohner:innen nach aktuellen pflegewissenschaftlichen Standards

* Planung, Steuerung und Evaluierung des Pflegeprozesses sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität

* Mitgestaltung optimaler Rahmenbedingungen für Menschen in der Langzeitpflege

* Ansprechpartner:in für Bewohner:innen, Angehörige und Kolleg:innen in pflegerischen Fragestellungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegeassistent:innen, Pflegefachassistent:innen sowie weiteren Berufsgruppen

* Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Pflegequalität und internen Abläufen

* Förderung eines wertschätzenden, positiven und konstruktiven Arbeitsklimas

* Verantwortung für die fachgerechte Dokumentation und professionelle Pflegeorganisation

Das bringen Sie mit

* Diplom der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege gemäß GuKG bzw. eine in Österreich anerkannte Ausbildung

* Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Gute IT-Kenntnisse

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamgeist und Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen

* Wertschätzender und professioneller Umgang mit Bewohner:innen, Angehörigen und Kolleg:innen
