Wir suchen ab sofort eine 1 Pflegedienstleiter/in im Ausmaß von 37 Wochenstunden für unsere 4 regionalen Pflegestützpunkte in der Hauskrankenpflege.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Fachliche-, personelle-, organisatorische- Leitung der mobilen Hauskrankenpflege

* Verantwortung und Sicherstellung der optimalen und effizienten Personaleinsatzplanung, Personalführung und -entwicklung der Mitarbeiter/innen

* Steuerung der Pflege- und Betreuungsprozesse unter Berücksichtigung fachlicher, gesetzlicher und qualitätsrelevanter Aspekte

* Sicherung der Leistungsqualität und der Klient/innen- Zufriedenheit

* Weiterentwicklung der inhaltlichen Ausrichtung des Angebotes, sowie die organisatorische und ökonomische Entwicklung der Hauskrankenpflege

Dein Profil:

* Eine überzeugende Führungspersönlichkeit mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einer Leitungsfunktion, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Pflege, Gesundheit oder Soziales

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als DGKP bzw. anerkannte Berufsausbildung

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildungen und Qualifikationen gemäß §17 und § 65 GuKg, GuK-LFV

* Kommunikationsgeschick sowie Stärke im interdisziplinären Denken und Handeln

* Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Planungs-, Entscheidungs- und Veränderungsprozessen

* Wertschätzende Grundhaltung und Orientierung an den Werten der Caritas

* Hohe fachliche und soziale Kompetenz, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität

* Zusätzlich drei dienstfreie Tage pro Jahr: Karfreitag, 24. und 31. Dezember (ersatzfrei)

* Wir bieten unseren Mitarbeiter/innen das Rad-Leasing an

* Das Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt lt. Kollektivvertrag der Caritas (VG II/1) € 3.704,50 auf Basis Vollbeschäftigung mit 37 Wochenstunden, zuzüglich Leitungszulage, und erhöht sich je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
