Ihre Aufgaben -Fachliche, organisatorische und personelle Leitung des Pflegebereichs -Sicherstellung, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität -Verantwortung für eine fachgerechte, personenzentrierte und evidenzbasierte Pflege -Führung, Entwicklung und Förderung der Mitarbeiter:innen des Pflege- und Betreuungsbereichs -Personalbedarfsplanung sowie Erstellung und Kontrolle der Dienstplanung -Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Pflegedokumentation und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben -Entwicklung, Implementierung und Evaluierung von Pflegestandards, Konzepten und Qualitätsmaßnahmen -Verantwortung für Hygiene- und Pflegekonzepte sowie deren regelmäßige Aktualisierung -Durchführung und Förderung von Schulungen, Fortbildungen und Qualitätsprojekten -Steuerung von Pflegeprozessen, Ressourcen und Sachmitteln -Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Bewohner:innen, Angehörigen, Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen, Behörden und externen Partner:innen -Mitwirkung an Organisations- und Veränderungsprozessen sowie an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Einrichtung -Förderung einer wertschätzenden, lernenden und innovativen Unternehmenskultur

Ihr Profil -Diplomierte:r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in mit aufrechter Berufsberechtigung gemäß GuKG -Erfolgreich absolvierte Ausbildung für Führungsaufgaben gemäß § 65a GuKG oder eine entsprechende -Sonderausbildung gemäß § 72 GuKG bzw. eine gleichgehaltene Ausbildung -Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Funktion der Pflegedienstleitung -Sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen und Qualitätsanforderungen -Hohe fachliche Kompetenz sowie Verständnis für moderne Pflege- und Betreuungskonzepte -Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit -Entscheidungsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und wirtschaftliches Denken -Freude an der Gestaltung von Entwicklungs- und Veränderungsprozessen -Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Dokumentations- und Planungssystemen -Wertschätzende, lösungsorientierte und teamfördernde Persönlichkeit

Ihre Vergütung Ihre Erfahrung zählt: Je nach Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und Vordienstzeiten bieten wir Ihnen gerne ein attraktives Gehalt. Die konkrete Vergütung vereinbaren wir individuell mit Ihnen. Um den gesetzlichen Vorgaben genüge zu tun, informieren wir Sie über das Mindestgehalt gemäß KV SWÖ: bei 100 % (37 Wochenstunden) EUR 3.210,96 brutto monatlich, zuzüglich aller vorgesehenen Zulagen und abhängig von den anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten.
