* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als DGKP sowie idealerweise abgeschlossene Führungskräfteausbildung gem. §65 GuKG oder gleichgestellte Ausbildungen

* Einschlägige Praxis sowie Fähigkeit und/oder Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen

* Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Umsetzungsstärke und lösungsorientiertes Handeln

* Kommunikative, wertschätzende und verantwortungsvolle Persönlichkeit mit Empathie und Führungsqualitäten

Aufgaben

* Führung und Leitung der Mitarbeiter:innen des Pflegedienstes nach fachlichen und rechtlichen Gesichtspunkten

* Sicherstellung der exzellenten ganzheitlichen Betreuung und pflegerischen Versorgung der Bewohner:innen

* Koordination von Aktivitäten und Hilfestellung, damit Mitarbeiter:innen, ihr volles Potenzial entfalten können.

* Stetige Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der vorhandenen Standards und Rahmenbedingungen im Sinne der Qualitätssicherung

* Kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in für Bewohner:innen, Angehörige und externe Kooperationspartner:innen und das Wichtigste

* ein Zuhause für unsere Bewohner:innen schaffen!
