Für unser Seniorenzentrum in Knittelfeld suchen wir in Vollzeit 1 Pflegedienstleiter:in Seniorenzentrum Knittelfeld Voraussetzungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als DGKP sowie idealerweise abgeschlossene Führungskräfteausbildung gem. §65 GuKG

* Einschlägige Praxis sowie Fähigkeit und/oder Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen

* Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Umsetzungsstärke und lösungsorientiertes Handeln

* Kommunikative, wertschätzende und verantwortungsvolle Persönlichkeit mit Managementqualitäten und Empathie

Aufgaben

* Führung und Leitung der Mitarbeiter:innen des Pflegedienstes nach fachlichen und rechtlichen

Gesichtspunkten

* Sicherstellung der exzellenten ganzheitlichen Betreuung und pflegerischen Versorgung der Bewohner:innen

* Koordination von Aktivitäten und Hilfestellung, damit Mitarbeiter:innen ihr volles Potential entfalten können

* Stetige Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der vorhandenen Standards und Rahmenbedingungen im Sinne der Qualitätssicherung

* Kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in für Bewohner:innen, Angehörige und externe Kooperationspartner:innen und das Wichtigste:

ein Zuhause für unsere Bewohner:innen schaffen
