Beschreibung:

Für eine moderne und professionell geführte Pflegeeinrichtung in Villach suchen wir eine erfahrene, führungsstarke Persönlichkeit für die Leitung des gesamten Pflegebereichs. In dieser Position tragen Sie die fachliche, organisatorische und personelle Gesamtverantwortung und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung des Pflegebereichs aktiv mit. Gesucht wird jemand, der hohe Pflegequalität mit klarer Organisation, wertschätzender Mitarbeiterführung und einem wirtschaftlichen Blick auf Ressourcen und Abläufe verbindet.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Gesamtverantwortung für Organisation, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Pflegebereichs

- Sicherstellung und laufende Weiterentwicklung einer hohen Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität

- Steuerung und Optimierung aller Pflegeprozesse - von der Planung bis zur Evaluation

- Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und interner Qualitätsstandards

- Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung des Pflegeteams

- Personalplanung, Personaleinsatzsteuerung und Förderung der Mitarbeiter:innen

- Wirtschaftlicher und effizienter Personaleinsatz

- Verantwortung für eine korrekte und vollständige Pflegedokumentation

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsleitung, Heimleitung, Stations- bzw. Wohnbereichsleitungen

sowie internen und externen Schnittstellen

- Förderung einer transparenten und verlässlichen Kommunikation im Haus

- Mitarbeit an strategischen und organisatorischen Weiterentwicklungen

Anforderungen:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplomierte:r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in (DGKP)

- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Pflegemanagement, etwa basales und mittleres Pflegemanagement

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pflege sowie einschlägige Führungserfahrung

- Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

- Erfahrung mit Pflegedokumentationssystemen

- Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Entscheidungskompetenz

- Kommunikationsstärke, soziale Kompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen

- Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und wirtschaftliche Arbeitsweise

- Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und den Pflegebereich aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
