Wir sind ein erfahrenes, multiprofessionelles Team und arbeiten in einem geistlich geführten Haus. Deine Aufgaben:

* Pflege und Betreuung der BewohnerInnen unsere Hauses unter Berücksichtigung ihrer individuellen Bedürfnisse

* Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und Selbstbestimmung der BewohnerInnen

* Dokumentation und Evaluation der Pflegeprozesse

* Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team

Du bringst mit:

* Abgeschlossenen Ausbildung zur_m Pflegefachassistent_in

* Identifikation mit der Altenpflege

* Teamgeist

* eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

* Offenheit für spirituelle Aspekte und die Werte unseres Hauses

Weiters besteht für interessierte Personen ab 18 Jahren und Quereinsteiger_innen die Möglichkeit eine Qualifizierung im Rahmen einer Stiftungsausbildung zu absolvieren - nähere Informationen dazu erhalten Sie bei dem_der zuständigen Berater_in im AMS.

Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag SWÖ.

Der Mindestgehalt für DGKP liegt bei 3.506,11; bei PFA 3.250,73; bei PA 3.024,84 zzgl. Nachtdienst-, Sonn- und Feiertagszulagen

Die Entlohnung erhöht sich je nach Vordienstzeiten und Qualifikation.
