Als Pflegefachassistent*in (PFA) an der https://www.uniklinikumgraz.at/inneremedizin/haematologie - Hämatologie Station und Knochenmarkstransplantionseinheit sind die Schwerpunkte Ihrer Tätigkeit: * Eigenverantwortliche, professionelle, ganzheitliche und an die Bedürfnisse hämatologischer Patient*innen und Transplantationspatient*innen ausgerichtete Pflege und Betreuung im Rahmen des eigenen Kompetenzbereichs * Mitwirkung bei Therapie- und Symptommanagement hämatologischer Therapien * Mitwirkung bei medizinisch-diagnostischen und therapeutischen Aufgaben im stationären sowie im Knochenmarks- und Stammzelltransplantationsbereich * Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Patient*innenbeobachtung und Überwachung * Konsequente Einhaltung und Umsetzung der besonderen Hygiene- und Isolationsmaßnahmen * Aktive Mitwirkung im Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement und beim Bestellmanagement * Enge Zusammenarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team

Fachlich: * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum*zur Pflegefachassistent*in * Nachweis über die Registrierung im Gesundheitsberuferegister * IT-Kenntnisse * Bereitschaft zur Fortbildung

Persönlich: * Hohes Einfühlungsvermögen und patient*innenorientierte Pflege in der Betreuung von chronisch kranken Patient*innen * Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzfreude * Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten * Initiative und Flexibilität bei der Bewältigung neuer Aufgaben * Fähigkeit zum vernetzten Denken, Innovation
