Das Seniorenheim Worgl bietet einen Arbeitsplatz, an dem sich alle Mitarbeiter*Innen einbringen und entfalten konnen.

Das Seniorenheim Wörgl gehört mit ca. 150 Plätzen für unsere Bewohner*innen zu den größeren Häusern in Tirol. Wir pflegen Menschen in 4 unterschiedlichen Wohnbereichen, bieten ein spezielles Angebot für Menschen mit Demenz und arbeiten in Anlehnung an das Pflegekonzept von IPK Riedl®.

Wir suchen ab sofort im Ausmaß von 50 - 100 % (Teil- oder Vollzeit) 1 PFLEGEFACHASSISTENT*IN IM SENIORENHEIM WÖRGL IHR AUFGABENGEBIET:

o Durchführung ganzheitlicher Betreuung- und Pflege unter Berücksichtigung der Krankheitsbilder und Pflegeplanung

o Begleitung von Menschen höheren Alters in all ihren individuellen Lebenslagen

o ziel- und prozessorientiertes Miteinander im Team auf den jeweiligen Wohnbereichen, sowie bereichsübergreifendes Denken und o Handeln in allen Bereichen des Seniorenwohnheimes

IHR PROFIL:

o abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachassistenz

o teamfähig und selbstständig

o Freude am Arbeiten mit betreuungs- und pflegebedürftigen Menschen

o Interesse an Fort- und Weiterbildungen

o Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Wertschätzung im Umgang mit Bewohner*innen, deren Angehörigen, ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeiter*innen und Kolleg*innen

o Professionalität, Empathie und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

o Interesse an der Mitarbeit zur qualitätvollen Weiterentwicklung unseres Hauses

Das Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt für diese Position auf Vollzeitbasis mindestens

€ 3.355,15 ohne Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten, zzgl. einer jährlichen Zuwendung. Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich. Die Entlohnung richtet sich nach den Bestimmungen des T-GVBG 2012.

Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als PFLEGEFACHASSISTENT*IN IM SENIORENHEIM WÖRGL beträgt 3.355,15 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
