Meine Aufgaben - Näher am Menschen

* Eigenständige Durchführung von Pflege- und Betreuungsmaßnahmen

* Sicherstellung höchster Pflegequalität nach SeneCura Standard - die Selbstbestimmung und Würde der Bewohner:innen immer im Blick

* Mitarbeit bei unseren "Näher am Menschen"-Angeboten, wie z. B. Herzenswunsch

* Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Pflege- und Betreuungsprogrammen

* Mitwirkung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen und Anleitung von Auszubildenden und Praktikant:innen

* Entscheidungsfreude, Urteilsvermögen und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen, respektvoller und wertschätzender Umgang mit Bewohner:innen, Familien und Kolleg:innen

* Fähigkeit, fachliches Wissen und Erfahrung weiterzugeben

* Geübter Umgang mit digitalen Dokumentations-Tools

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachassistenz bzw. Nostrifikation in Österreich und Eintragung in das Gesundheitsberuferegister

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt nach Anrechnung von 10 Dienstjahren EUR 3.584,93 (VWG 6, Stufe 5 - Vollzeit, SWÖ-KV)

Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt (abhängig von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation) besprechen wir gerne im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gesprächs.

Wir rechnen 50 % bis zu einem Ausmaß von 10 Jahren fachfremder Berufserfahrung an.
