Stundenausmaß: 15-37 Wochenstunden

Voraussetzungen und Aufgaben

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachassistent_in

* Versierte EDV-Kenntnisse

* Stabilität in Konflikt- und Stresssituationen

* Geduld und Beobachtungsgabe

* Freude am Umgang mit alten Menschen

* Eine hohe fachliche wie auch soziale Kompetenz

* Ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Lust auf eine neue Herausforderung

* Eine service- & teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

Aufgaben

* Sie führen angeordnete Pflegemaßnahmen wie Körperpflege, Mobilisation und Ernährung unter Aufsicht und Anleitung von diplomierten Pflegepersonen durch

* Sie führen ihnen übertragene Maßnahmen im Rahmen der medizinischen Diagnostik und Therapie wie Kontrolle von Vitalwerten, Medikamentenverabreichung und Verbandwechsel durch

* Sie beobachten den Gesundheitszustand unserer Bewohner_innen
