Das Aufgabengebiet

* Die Stadt Salzburg betreibt sechs Seniorenwohnhäuser für rund 700 Senior_innen. Unsere 500 Mitarbeiter_innen sorgen dafür, dass Menschen im Alter bei uns Geborgenheit erleben und sich wohlfühlen.

* "Sein wie ich bin" - unser Zeit ist es, die Selbstbestimmung und Selbständigkeit der Senior:innen zu erhalten und dabei ihre Bedürfnisse und Gewohnheiten zu respektieren.

Ihr Profil

* Sie verfügen über eine der erforderlichen Berechtigungen gem. Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetz GuKG (auch einer Ausbildung kurz vor Abschluss)

** Diplom der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege

** Pflegefachassistenz

** Pflegeassistenz oder Fachsozialbetreuung Altenarbeit

* Sie verfügen über eine Berufszulassung in Österreich bzw. haben die Bereitschaft, diese zu erlangen

* Sie zeichnet ein besonderes Engagement für die Pflege und Betreuung alter Menschen aus und besitzen eine hohe Sozialkompetenz
