Gesucht wird eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die pflegewissenschaftliche Kompetenz in die Praxis einbringt, klinische Fragestellungen systematisch bearbeitet und die evidenzbasierte Weiterentwicklung von Pflege aktiv mitgestaltet. 1 Pflegewissenschaftler:in Voraussetzungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum gehobenen Dienst für Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege

* Abgeschlossenes oder laufendes Studium auf Masterniveau in Pflegewissenschaft

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und reflektierte Arbeitsweise

* Freude daran, Innovationen in Pflegeprozessen fachlich fundiert mitzugestalten

Aufgaben

In enger Abstimmung mit der Pflegedirektion:

* Unterstützung bei wissenschaftsbasierten Entscheidungsfindungen

* Wissenschaftliche Unterstützung, Begleitung und methodische Beratung bei Pflege-Projekten

* Systematische Aufbereitung des aktuellen Wissensstands für Entscheidungs- und Veränderungsprozesse

* Implementierung neuer Erkenntnisse in die Praxis

* Eigenständige Literaturrecherche und kritische Evidenzbewertung

* Entwicklung, Begleitung und Evaluation von Maßnahmen zur evidenzbasierten Pflegepraxis

* Mitwirkung an Schulungen und Fortbildungen

* Aktiver fachlicher Austausch mit Praxis, Wissenschaft und Kooperationspartner:innen

* Präsentation von Projekten, Entwicklungen und Ergebnissen auf wissenschaftlichen Veranstaltungen

* Aufbau und Pflege von Netzwerken mit Hochschulen, Forschungspartner:innen und relevanten Fachgremien zur Stärkung der wissenschaftlichen Sichtbarkeit der Organisation
