Deine Aufgaben im Überblick

* Unterstützung des HR-Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft

* Pflege, Kontrolle und Aktualisierung von Personalakten sowie der digitalen und physischen Personalablage

* Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen und vollständigen Personaldokumentation

* Überprüfung von Dienstplänen auf Vollständigkeit und Korrektheit

* Kontrolle von Monatsaufstellungen und Unterstützung bei administrativen Auswertungen

* Unterstützung im gesamten Employee Lifecycle, insbesondere bei Eintritten und Austritten von Mitarbeitenden

Es ist aktuell die Praktikantenentschädigung in Höhe von € 750 für 20 Stunden vorgesehen.
