De business unit eHealth levert vernieuwende producten aan huisartsen en apotheken ter ondersteuning van hun patiënten. Met ons online portaal en onze app kunnen patiënten communiceren met hun huisarts en apotheek en onder andere hun medisch dossier inzien. Ruim 8 miljoen patiënten maken gebruik van ons portaal. Daarmee zijn we een van de grootste spelers op het gebied van e-health in de Nederlandse eerstelijnszorg. Binnen Research & Development zetten we volop in op AI en agentic development. AI wordt steeds meer onderdeel van de manier waarop we analyseren, ontwerpen, ontwikkelen, testen en documenteren. Als Business Analist / Product Owner speel je hierin een actieve rol: je benut de mogelijkheden van AI, houdt regie op de inhoud en bewaakt samen met het team de kwaliteit, veiligheid en toepasbaarheid van de resultaten. Jouw rol Als Business Analist / Product Owner ben je de brug tussen de business, klanten, gebruikers en development. Structuur, planning en prioritering staan daarbij centraal. Je begrijpt de behoeften van gebruikers en vertaalt deze naar heldere functionele vereisten, technische specificaties en concrete ontwikkelvoorstellen. Je werkt in een complexe en veranderende omgeving en houdt overzicht wanneer er veel tegelijk speelt. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar wat vandaag nodig is, maar ook naar nieuwe mogelijkheden.
