Dit is een mooie volgende stap voor een ervaren HR-consultant, die toe is aan meer verantwoordelijkheid en zelfstandigheid. Als HR Consultant ondersteun je het management van de Business Units Huisartsenzorg en eHealth binnen PharmaPartners. Dit doe je door het geven van advies en het bieden van oplossingen voor de uitvoering van het HR beleid. HR ligt bij ons in de lijn, wat betekent dat de manager in de lead is en jullie samen vraagstukken en uitdagingen oppakken. Jouw onderscheidend vermogen is aanvoelen wat de manager nodig heeft. Je bent altijd op zoek naar de vraag achter de vraag. Niet alleen jouw kennis, maar ook jouw karakter telt. Daarnaast ben jij in de lead om ervoor te zorgen dat zaken procedureel, procesmatig en administratief op orde zijn, zoveel mogelijk ondersteund door een HR backoffice medewerker. Je rapporteert aan de HR manager en bent onderdeel van een HR-team op overkoepelend niveau. Wij weten elkaar goed te vinden voor sparring, overleg en natuurlijk gezelligheid. Het team bestaat - naast jou - uit een HR Manager, één andere HR Consultant, twee HR backoffice medewerkers, een Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder en een Employer Branding & Recruitment specialist.
