Das Team der Flötzersteig-Apotheke möchte sich vergrößern!

Wir haben per 1. Oktober 2026 die Apotheke Flötzersteig übernommen - eine beratungsstarke Apotheke mit einem treuen Kundenstamm und einem eingespielten herzlichen Team. Bei uns steht die persönliche und fachkundige Beratung auf Augenhöhe im Mittelpunkt. Um unser Patienten optimal zu versorgen, suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung durch eine_n 1 Pharmazeutisch-kaufmännisch(er)e Assistent_in Ihre Aufgaben:

* Betreuung und Beratung der Kund_innen

* Abwicklung der Bestellungen von Arzneimitteln, etc.

* Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Kund_innenanfragen zu Aufträgen und Produkten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Abteilungen Einkauf, Verkauf und Lager

* Datenpflege sowie Verwaltung kundenspezifischer Informationen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als "pharmazeutisch-kaufmännische/r Assistent/in (PKA)"

* Berufserfahrung

* gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Word/Excel/Internet) / BackOffice Erfahrung

* Ausgeprägte Kund_innen- und Serviceorientierung, rasche Auffassungsgabe

* Genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsfreude und Teamfähigkeit

* Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit, zeitliche Flexibilität

Arbeitszeiten:

Voll- oder Teilzeitbeschäftigung ab 20-40 Wochenstunden möglich. (2-3 Nachmittage müssen möglich sein)

Dienstzeiten: Montag bis Freitag ab 8:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr ; jeden 2. Samstag von 8:00 Uhr bis 12:00 Uhr
