Ph-kandidaatD - Kwaliteit van hartzorg 28 - 38 uur WO FWG In dit promotietraject combineer je praktische kwaliteitsverbetering met onderzoek naar boezemfibrilleren en aortakleplijden. Met real world data onderzoek je samen met multidisciplinaire teams waar de zorg beter kan, welke praktische verbeteringen mogelijk zijn en wat de impact van verbeterprojecten is in de dagelijkse praktijk. Onderwerpen zijn bijvoorbeeld risicogestuurde prioritering van patiënten op de wachtlijst, de impact van referral delay, de associatie tussen het type klep en zorguitkomsten en het optimaliseren van verwijsprocessen. Bij de implementatie zorg je voor een gestroomlijnde afstemming van de klinische verbeterprojecten met het managementteam. Het perspectief van patiënten en zorgaanbieders speelt bij deze projecten een belangrijke rol. Zo maak jij beter nog beter. Jij zorgt ervoor Als Ph-kandidaatD ga je elke uitdaging aan, zoals: - samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams om zorgpad-verbeterprojecten te evalueren en zorgpad-verbeterprojecten op te zetten en implementeren. Dit promotietraject is nauw verweven met de structurele kwaliteitsmonitoring van het Hartcentrum. - vertalen van de onderzoeksresultaten naar een onderzoeks- of implementatieprotocol ten behoeve van zorgpad optimalisatie - samenwerken met cardiologen, elektrofysiologen, interventiecardiologen, data scientists, verpleegkundigen, zorgmanagement, regionale ziekenhuizen, de TU/e en de Nederlandse Hart Registratie. - schrijven van wetenschappelijke publicaties, op basis van lokale data en van landelijke databases zoals CBS en de Nederlandse Hart Registratie. - overdragen van kennis, zoals presentaties op (inter)nationale congressen en onderwijsbijeenkomsten, en initiëren van contacten met relevante stakeholders (zorgverzekeraars, beroepsverenigingen en wetenschappelijke verenigingen). - bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van gepersonaliseerde, doelmatige en datagedreven zorg voor pa...
