Als security host in het Philips Stadion speel jij een belangrijke rol in het creëren van een unieke stadionervaring. Jij bent hét visitekaartje van de Crowd Services organisatie en zorgt samen met PSV-stewards dat bezoekers zich welkom en veilig voelen. Of het nu gaat om een spannende thuiswedstrijd van PSV of een groot muziekevenement, jij bent er.

Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan alleen service en veiligheid. Jij draagt bij aan de sfeer en beleving dat het Philips Stadion zo bijzonder maakt. Bezoekers vertrouwen op jou voor informatie, begeleiding en een gastvrij ontvangst.

Jouw taken:

• Jij bent onderdeel van de Crowd Services organisatie. • Jij werkt samen met de PSV-stewards & beveiligers. • Jij fouilleert en/of controleert stadionbezoekers. • Jij houdt op een toegewezen positie toezicht en helpt bezoekers met vragen. • Bij calamiteiten handel je snel en doeltreffend volgens de vastgestelde protocollen.

Je kiest zelf wanneer je werkt, je geeft je beschikbaarheid eenvoudig via een app door. Een werkdag duurt gemiddeld 5 uur: je bent 2 uur voor het evenement aanwezig en blijft tot de afsluiting. Met zo'n 25 tot 30 evenementen per jaar vragen we je om zo'n 80% van de wedstrijden/evenementen mee te draaien.

Functie-eisen: Als security host ben jij samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid en sfeer in het stadion. Jij zorgt ervoor dat bezoekers zich welkom voelen, en durft op een vriendelijke en professionele manier in te grijpen wanneer dat nodig is. Als visitekaartje van het Philips Stadion gedraag jij je altijd met respect en zorg voor anderen.

Daarnaast:

• Ben je minimaal 18 jaar oud. • Spreek je Nederlands en Engels. • Ben je flexibel beschikbaar, aangezien er ook wedstrijden in de avond en in het weekend plaatsvinden. • Woon je in de omgeving Eindhoven in verband met de flexibele werktijden.
