Uw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Als Facility & Indirect Procurement Coordinator zijn uw taken gevarieerd en essentieel voor de goede werking van onze activiteiten:

  1. Facility management & operationele coördinatie:
  • Opvolging van technische meldingen met betrekking tot onderhoud, reparaties, veiligheid, nutsvoorzieningen en algemene installaties.
  • Coördinatie van interventies met leveranciers, technici en interne belanghebbenden om een efficiënte afhandeling te garanderen.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole, veiligheid en conformiteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in de vestigingen en apotheken.
  • Ondersteuning bij het beheer van huurcontracten, onderhoudscontracten, SLA's, inspectierapporten en wettelijke verplichtingen.
  • Deelname aan de coördinatie van inrichtingsprojecten, renovatie, verhuizing, automatisering, energie en duurzaamheid.
  • Opvolging van dringende technische interventies om de continuïteit van de activiteiten op de verschillende locaties te waarborgen. 2. Indirecte inkoop & leveranciers:
  • Ondersteuning bij de inkoop van goederen en diensten die niet bestemd zijn voor wederverkoop, in samenwerking met interne belanghebbenden.
  • Deelname aan de onderhandeling, opvolging en het beheer van leverancierscontracten om kosten, kwaliteit en levertijden te optimaliseren.
  • Beheer van bestellingen, inkooporders en facturen in samenwerking met de betrokken afdelingen, met name Finance.
  • Actualisering van leveranciersgegevens, contracten, SLA's en opvolgingsdocumenten.
  • Samenwerking met de PHOENIX-groep om mogelijkheden voor gebundelde aankopen, consolidatie en schaalvoordelen te identificeren.
  • Bijdrage aan de standaardisatie en verbetering van indirecte inkoopprocessen. 3. Projecten, rapportage & continue verbetering:
  • Deelname aan strategische projecten en optimalisatie-initiatieven met betrekking tot indirecte inkoop en facility management, met name de Touchdown-projecten.
  • Analyse van uitgaven en identificatie van mogelijkheden voor kostenreductie, consolidatie en standaardisatie.
  • Voorbereiding en opvolging van KPI's, budgetten, voortgangsrapporten en interne of groepsrapportages.
  • Bijdrage aan de implementatie, test en optimalisatie van ticketingtools, ERP en volgsystemen.
  • Bevordering van duurzame praktijken in inkoop- en facility managementprocessen.
