Doorgroeien met coderen en programmeren Als PHP developer wil je vooral zoveel mogelijk leren over het vakgebied. En dat kan! Je bent vanaf de start onderdeel van het team ICT Ontwikkeling. Je krijgt werkzaamheden die passen bij jouw niveau. Wij zorgen ervoor dat je een vliegende start krijgt met een ontwikkelomgeving op je pc waarin je meteen aan de slag kan. Je leert hoe je nette en herbruikbare code schrijft. Je ervaart hoe het is om samen te werken met collega's aan dezelfde functionaliteiten met behulp van versiebeheer in Git. Zo leer je ook gelijk hoe het is om elkaars code te beoordelen, samen te voegen en te voldoen aan standaarden waarop je code automatisch wordt gecontroleerd. Kun je meer aan? Dan zal je steeds vaker proactief betrokken worden bij de werkzaamheden van je collega's. Je helpt de junior developers met specifieke vragen en misschien ook andere medior developers. Je bent in staat om met de (interne) klant en eindgebruikers op detailniveau te overleggen. Dit vind je leuk als junior PHP developer - Programmeren natuurlijk ;). - Pair programming met je teamgenoten. - De daily stand-up, waar je jouw plan deelt voor de komende dag. - Onze code standaarden bewaken en reviewen. - Leren. Zowel van je slimme collega's, als door proactief kennis...
