Wil jij als verpleegkundig specialist of physician assistant het verschil maken voor patiënten met een zeldzame bloedingsstoornis? Binnen ons Hemofilie Behandel Centrum combineer je zelfstandige spreekuren met de regie over complexe, vaak ziekenhuisbrede zorg. Je werkt in een academisch expertisecentrum waar patiëntenzorg, innovatie en onderzoek direct met elkaar verbonden zijn. Heb je al ervaring binnen de hemostasezorg, dan krijg je volop ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten en de zorg verder te ontwikkelen. Kom je uit een ander klinisch vakgebied, dan bieden we je een uitgebreid, op jouw ervaring afgestemd inwerk- en scholingstraject binnen dit bijzondere expertisegebied. o Afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring bouw je toe naar het zelfstandig uitvoeren van 3 tot 4 spreekuren per week voor volwassen patiënten die zijn verwezen voor analyse van een bloedingsneiging of bekend zijn met hemofilie, de ziekte van von Willebrand, plaatjesfunctiestoornissen, zeldzame stollingsstoornissen of bloedingsneiging van onbekende oorzaak. o Je verricht anamnese en lichamelijk onderzoek, vraagt diagnostiek aan, interpreteert uitslagen en stelt binnen je bevoegdheid behandel- en zorgplannen op, in afstemming met de behandelend hematoloog. o Je beoordeelt en begeleidt patiënten bij bloedingen, trauma's en acute vragen en bent een deskundig aanspreekpunt voor patiënten en zorgprofessionals. oJe coördineert de hemostatische zorg rond operaties, invasieve ingrepen en zwangerschappen, inclusief multidisciplinaire afstemming, laboratoriumcontroles en evaluatie van het behandelplan. o Je schrijft binnen je wettelijke bevoegdheid medicatie en hemostatische behandeling v...
