Physician Assistant Klinisch Geriatrie / Physician Assistant Klinisch Geriatrie in opleiding (Para)medisch Ben jij een betrokken en deskundige Physician Assistant Geriatrie met affiniteit voor complexe geriatrische zorgvragen of wil je Masteropleiding tot Physician Assistant (MPA) volgen? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou! Rivas Zorggroep en Geriatrie Rivas Zorggroep levert ziekenhuiszorg in het Beatrixziekenhuis, een compleet regionaal basisziekenhuis met locaties in Gorinchem en Leerdam, dat meerdere malen uitgeroepen is tot beste ziekenhuis van Nederland (AD en Elsevier). Daarnaast biedt Rivas een breed pakket van woonzorg, thuiszorg en verpleeghuiszorg aan cliënten in Zuid-Holland, Gelderland, Noord-Brabant en Utrecht. Circa 4500 medewerkers, 95 medisch specialisten en bijna 1.600 vrijwilligers bieden hun bewoners, patiënten en cliënten goed geregelde zorg: dichtbij, volgens een hartelijke, persoonlijke en kleinschalige aanpak. Een ketenorganisatie met bijna alle vormen van zorg, werkend vanuit het uitgangspunt 'de juiste zorg op de juiste plek en op het juiste moment'. Ouderenzorg is binnen de Rivas Zorggroep een van de speerpunten. Binnen het ziekenhuis is in de afgelopen jaren de geriatrische praktijk ontwikkeld tot een volwaardige vakgroep die nauw samenwerkt met alle specialismen binnen het Beatrixziekenhuis. Het Geriatrie team bestaat uit 4 klinisch geriaters, 6 geriatrieverpleegkundigen, 1 physician assistant en een 4 medische secretaresses. We hebben een goed lopende polikliniek met ook een multidisciplinaire valpolikliniek en dagkliniek. Daarnaast hebben we ook een locatie in Leerdam waar we poliklinische zorg bieden. Hierdoor zijn we breder zichtbaar geworden in de regio. We hebben verschillende doelgroepen op de polikliniek zoals de geheugenpoli, osteoporosepoli en PZP-poli.
