Das. A.ö. Bezirkskrankenhaus Lienz liegt im Zentrum von Osttirol am Rande der Sonnenstadt Lienz. Als Standardkrankenhaus mit Schwerpunktcharakter und allen wesentlichen Fachabteilungen sind wir ein wichtiger Teil für die regionale Tiroler Gesundheitsversorgung. Das BKH Lienz verfügt über mehr als 300 systemisierte Betten und beschäftigt über 950 Mitarbeiter_innen.

Unser Team besteht aus Physiotherapeut_innen, Ergotherapeut_innen und Masseur_innen, die Patient_innen mit verschiedenen Krankheitsbildern aus Fachbereichen wie Neurologie, Traumatologie/Orthopädie, Psychiatrie, Interne Medizin, Intensivmedizin und Geriatrie unterstützen und behandeln.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* patientenorientiertes Arbeiten

* Planung und Durchführung von Aufnahmegesprächen

* Planung und Durchführung, Dokumentation und Reflexion von Einzel- und Gruppentherapien

* Treffen von Zielvereinbarungen und deren Überprüfung im Rahmen der Therapie

* Evaluierung des therapeutischen Prozesses

* Erstellung des therapeutischen Abschlussberichtes

* Zusammenarbeit und Fallreflexion im multidisziplinären Behandlungsteam

Das bringen Sie mit:

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Physiotherapeut_in

* Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit

* Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Beratungskompetenz

* Fähigkeit selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten

* Motivation sich weiterzubilden

* Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Die Anstellung erfolgt nach den Bestimmungen des Tiroler Gemeinde-Vertragsbedienstetengesetzes in der jeweils gültigen Fassung.

Damit ein Anstellungsverhältnis zustande kommt wird der Qualifikationsnachweis im Beruf der Physiotherapie, ausgestellt in einem EWR-Vertragsstaat oder der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft sowie Nachweis der Eintragung ins Gesundheitsberuferegister benötigt.
