Ihre Arbeitswelt

Unser Physiotherapeutisches Team übernimmt die eigenverantwortliche Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation physiotherapeutischer Behandlungen nach ärztlicher Anordnung auf Normalstationen sowie der Intensivstation.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

* Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation physiotherapeutischer Behandlungen

* Erstellung individueller Therapiepläne nach ärztlicher Anordnung

* Beratung, Information und Anleitung von Patient*innen sowie deren Angehörigen und Pflegepersonen

* Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit allen Berufsgruppen im Krankenhaus

* Organisatorische Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Physiotherapie

* Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Behandlungsqualität

Ihr Profil

Fachlich

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur*zum Physiotherapeut*in

* Aufrechte Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* Kenntnisse der berufsrelevanten Gesetze, Verordnungen und Richtlinien

* Gute IT-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Dokumentationssystemen

Persönlich

* Ausgeprägte Patient*innenorientierung sowie ein wertschätzender und empathischer Umgang

* Flexibilität hinsichtlich der Übernahme von Samstagsdienste (nach Dienstplan)

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit sowie sorgfältige und präzise Arbeitsweise in der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, freundliches Auftreten, sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion

* Lernbereitschaft und fachliches Interesse (Einsatz auch in anderen physiotherapeutischen Fachgebieten zur Unterstützung anderer physiotherapeutischen Teams)

Gehaltsschema

SII/N1 (mind. € 3.918,30 monatlich bzw. € 54.856,20 Jahresbrutto auf Basis Vollzeit)Erfahrung im Beruf wird ggf. durch die Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten und einer damit verbundenen höheren Einstufung im Schema berücksichtigt.
