Mit Eröffnung des Primärversorgungszentrums Bruck/Mur im Jänner 2027 bieten wir eine ganzheitliche und koordinierte Gesundheitsversorgung an.

Unser Team besteht aus zwei Allgemeinmedizinerinnen mit Kassenverträgen, unterstützt durch Ordinationsassistenz und diplomierte Pflegekräfte, ergänzt durch ExpertInnen aus Diätologie, Sozialarbeit, Ergotherapie, Physiotherapie, Psychologie und professionellem Wundmanagement.

Durch interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und regelmäßige Fallbesprechungen gewährleisten wir eine hochwertige Betreuung unserer PatientInnen.

Als Ergänzung dieses Teams suchen wir noch ab 01.01.2027 1 Physiotherapeutin/Physiotherapeuten für 10 bis 38,5 Wochenstunden

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Selbstständige Therapiegestaltung im Rahmen der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit

* Ambulante Physiotherapeutische Behandlung

* berufsspezifische Befundung

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Physiotherapeutin/zum Physiotherapeuten bzw. gleichwertige

im Ausland erworbene und in Österreich nostrifizierte Ausbildung

* Eintragung in das Register für Gesundheitsberufe

* Berufserfahrung erwünscht, aber nicht Voraussetzung

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz und professionelles Auftreten

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen

* Teamfähigkeit

* Eigenverantwortliches und selbständiges Arbeiten
