Bij deze job ga je als pijpfitter aan de slag vanuit regio Gingelom.

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen, monteren, onderhouden en controleren van leidingwerk uit HDPE, staal en RVS.
  • Je leest en interpreteert technische plannen, schema’s en isometrische tekeningen om het leidingwerk correct uit te voeren.
  • Je voert zelfstandig fitwerkzaamheden uit aan leidingen in HDPE, staal en RVS.
  • Je last, snijdt, buigt en bewerkt pijpen in verschillende materialen.
  • Je monteert en installeert leidingwerk en installaties op de werf en op locatie bij de klant.
  • Je controleert bestaande installaties en voert onderhoud en herstellingen uit waar nodig.
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s van andere technische disciplines.
  • Je zorgt dagelijks mee voor een veilige en nette werkomgeving.
  • Bij deze functie zijn precisie en nauwkeurigheid enorm belangrijk.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van pijpfitter regio Gingelom heb je onderstaande kennis nodig.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B gezien je een wagen krijgt om je zelfstandig te verplaatsen naar de verschillende sites.
  • Je bezit een attest van flensmonteur.
  • Je beschikt over een laskwalificatie T42-011.
  • Je bent bereid een GRE-certificaat te behalen.
  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring als pijpfitter, monteur of flensmonteur.
  • Je staat er voor open het PE-lassen aan te leren (als je dit nog niet onder de knie hebt).
  • Je kan isometrische tekeningen lezen en interpreteren
  • Je hebt al ervaring met inmeten.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het verbinden en voorbewerken van HDPE, PVC en dubbelwandige kunststof.
  • Je bent flexibel naar werkuren en de verplaatsing naar verschillende werven toe.
  • Je hecht veel belang aan precies werken en nauwkeurigheid.
