Onze klant is een gespecialiseerd installatiebedrijf uit Halen dat zich richt op roestvaststalen leidingwerk en turn-key procesinstallaties voor de voedingsindustrie en aanverwante sectoren. Sinds 2005 staat Inpico bekend om zijn hoogwaardig inox laswerk, technische expertise en sterke focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Je komt terecht in een mensgerichte KMO met uitdagende projecten, waar vakmanschap, teamwork en groei centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Voor de vacature van pijpfitter regio Halen werk je mee aan het monteren en samenstellen van roestvaststalen leidingwerk voor industriële procesinstallaties in de voedingsindustrie. Je combineert technisch inzicht met precisie en werkt samen met lassers en projectteams aan kwalitatieve en veilige installaties.

  • Monteren en fitten van inox (RVS) buisleidingen voor procesinstallaties
  • Voorbereiden van leidingwerk voor TIG-lassers (positioneren, hechten)
  • Plaatsen en uitlijnen van flenzen, bochten, koppelingen, afsluiters en appendages
  • Lezen en interpreteren van isometrische tekeningen, P&ID’s en technische plannen
  • Controleren van maatvoering, passing en montagekwaliteit
  • Samenwerken met TIG-lassers, monteurs en werfleiders
  • Werken in het atelier en/of op industriële werven
  • Toepassen van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften
  • Meedenken over efficiënte montage en technische verbeteringen

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar een technisch sterke pijpfitter die graag meewerkt aan hoogwaardig roestvaststalen leidingwerk voor industriële procesinstallaties. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt praktisch mee en haalt voldoening uit kwalitatief montagewerk.

  • Je hebt ervaring als pijpfitter of in gelijkaardige functies
  • Je kan vlot isometrische plannen en technische tekeningen lezen en interpreteren
  • Je bent vertrouwd met het monteren van inox (RVS) buisleidingen
  • Je hebt kennis van flenzen, koppelingen, afsluiters...
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kan werken
  • Je bent flexibel is en bereid om te werken in het atelier en/of op werven
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands (veiligheid en instructies)
  • ervaring in de voedingsindustrie of procesomgeving is een pluspunt
