The posting

DELTA GmbH is al meer dan 28 jaar actief in de metaalindustrie en is gespecialiseerd in de montage van industriële leidingsystemen binnen de industriële pijplijnbouw en installatiebouw. Sinds 2024 is DELTA GmbH ook actief op de Belgische markt en worden de activiteiten in de regio Antwerpen verder uitgebouwd.

Voor een langdurig project in de Antwerpse haven zijn wij op zoek naar 10 ervaren en gemotiveerde pijpfitters die nauwkeurig, veilig en professioneel te werk gaan en die mee het verschil willen maken op een groeiende industriële werf.

Over de functie

Als pijpfitter werk je mee aan de montage, fitting en afwerking van industriële leidingsystemen binnen een haven- en industriële omgeving. Je vertrekt vanuit technische plannen en werkinstructies en zorgt ervoor dat leidingonderdelen correct worden voorbereid, gepositioneerd, uitgelijnd en gemonteerd.

Je werkt in een technisch team onder leiding van ervaren supervisie, waarbij veiligheid, nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit steeds voorop staan. Je neemt daarbij ook zelf verantwoordelijkheid voor de correcte uitvoering van je werkzaamheden.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Monteren, fitten en positioneren van industriële leidingen en leidingonderdelen;
  • Lezen en toepassen van technische plannen, isometrieën, werkopdrachten en montage- instructies;
  • Opmeten, uitlijnen en samenbouwen van leidingtrajecten volgens de opgegeven toleranties;
  • Voorbereiden van leidingdelen en voegen voor verdere montage- of laswerkzaamheden;
  • Verwerken van diverse materialen en aansluitingen conform de technische vereisten;
  • Gebruik van handgereedschap en aangepast technisch materiaal voor de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden;
  • Controleren van afmetingen, aansluitingen, pasvorm en algemene kwaliteit van het uitgevoerde werk;
  • Afstemmen van de werkzaamheden met lassers, monteurs, ploegbazen en andere betrokken teamleden;
  • Melden van technische afwijkingen, fouten of ontbrekende materialen aan de verantwoordelijke;
  • Ordelijk, netjes en veilig houden van de eigen werkplek en het gebruikte materiaal;

Strikt naleven van de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften, werkinstructies en gedragscodes op de werf.

Jouw profiel

Wij zijn op zoek naar kandidaten die zich herkennen in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als pijpfitter binnen de industrie;
  • Je beschikt over een sterk technisch inzichtt;
  • Je kunt technische plannen en werkinstructies begrijpen en correct toepassen;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en met oog voor detail;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en functioneert tegelijk goed binnen een team;
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, gemotiveerd en hebt een professionele werkhouding;
  • Je stelt veiligheid steeds voorop en respecteert de geldende procedures;
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een langdurig project in de Antwerpse haven;
  • Je bent bereid om te werken op een industriële projectlocatie.

Pluspunten

  • Ervaring binnen de petrochemie, procesindustrie of havenomgeving;
  • Ervaring met industriële leidingsystemen en montagewerkzaamheden op werven;
  • Geldige attesten en certificaten, zoals VCA, hijswerken, werken op hoogte of aanverwante technische certificaten.
