Operator Proeffabriek / Pilot Plant Technician Een belangrijk onderdeel van NIZO is de food-grade pilot plant waar op meer dan 2500 m 2 opschalingsprojecten en proefproducties worden uitgevoerd. Voorbeelden van unit-operations zijn: productbereiding, verhittingsapparatuur, scheidingsprocessen, membraanfiltratiesystemen, indampers en sproeidrogers. Hiermee worden producten bereid als poeders, sauzen, desserts, zuigelingenvoeding en andere voedingsmiddelen ingrediënten. Een enthousiast pilot plant team van circa 10 personen realiseert met de klant de afgesproken deliverables. Het succes van dit team zorgt er voor dat steeds meer bedrijven uit binnen- en buitenland een beroep doen op de pilot plant. Daarom zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een Operator Proeffabriek / Pilot Plant Technician die graag met de nodige flexibiliteit en creativiteit werkt in een dynamische omgeving. Belangrijkste taken - Werkt actief in de pilot plant voor klanten van NIZO volgens het ingestelde kwaliteitsbeleid en projectwerkplan. - Voert zelfstandig experimenten en proefproducties uit en bedient de procesapparatuur. - Is de expert van een aantal processen of unit-operations. - Geeft technologische input voor projectvoorstellen en productieprocessen aan NIZO projectleiders. - Houdt haar/zijn toevertrouwde procesinstallaties in goede staat en voert in overleg met de Technische Dienst (preventieve) onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit. De juiste kandidaat - Een MBO + -er met minimaal 2 jaar relevante industriële productie ervaring en de bereidheid haar/zijn kennis verder uit te breiden, of een praktisch ingestelde HBO'er met minimaal 2 jaar relevante productie ervaring. - Is bereid om regelmatig de late ploeg in een 2-ploegendienst te werken. - Is in het bezit van een heftruckrijbewijs of bereid om dit te halen. - Opleiding en ervaring in de levensmiddelen/zuivel-technologie en -industrie is een must. - Heeft een sterke interesse in technologische ontwikkelingen in de v...
