Als PIM-Coördinator neem je ownership over de productdata van een internationaal bedrijf. Je bent de schakel tussen marketing, sales, design, productie, export, ERP en IT en zorgt ervoor dat data correct, volledig en efficiënt door de organisatie stroomt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert de productdata in het PIM-systeem, van artikelaanmaak en commerciële gegevens tot afbeeldingen, commercial sheets en koppelingen met ERP.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, volledigheid en consistentie van data en spreekt collega's aan wanneer informatie ontbreekt of niet correct wordt aangeleverd.
  • Je analyseert en optimaliseert workflows en dataprocessen, met als doel manuele handelingen steeds verder te automatiseren.
  • Je werkt samen met Sales rond PLM-validiteit, waarbij je opvolgt welke producten actief, exclusief of aan het einde van hun levenscyclus zijn.
  • Je denkt mee over de verdere digitale transformatie, de ontwikkeling van PIM en toekomstige integraties met onder andere B2B, e-commerce en andere digitale kanalen.

Waar ga je werken? Onze klant is actief in de internationale interieur- en decoratiesector. Vanuit België werkt het bedrijf internationaal samen met klanten en partners. Design, productie, service en export komen er samen binnen een middelgrote, familiale organisatie met een sterke marktpositie en korte communicatielijnen.

  • Je hebt een bachelor brengt enkele jaren ervaring mee in een data-, PIM-, ERP-, PLM- of gelijkaardige omgeving.
  • Je bent analytisch en bijzonder nauwkeurig: incorrecte of onvolledige data laat je niet zomaar passeren.
  • Je neemt ownership, durft zaken vast te pakken en kan collega's overtuigen en aanspreken zonder formele leidinggevende bevoegdheid.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan vlot schakelen met verschillende afdelingen en stakeholders.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een plus.
  • Ervaring met CRM, datamodellering, PLM of productie/commerciële processen is mooi meegenomen.
