Voor een vooraanstaand specialist in maatkeukens en interieurbouw in de regio Hoogstraten zijn wij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en ervaren Pistoolschilder / Spuiter.

Wat ga je doen?

Als spuiter ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de definitieve 'look & feel' van hoogwaardige keukens en maatwerkinterieurs. Jouw werk bepaalt de uitstraling die de klant dagelijks ziet.

  • Voorbereiding: Grondig schuren, ontvetten, plamuren en strak afplakken van houten panelen, mdf- onderdelen en keukendeuren.
  • Mengen & Klaarmaken: Voorbereiden en mengen van de juiste lakken, beitsen, vernissen en kleursystemen (o.a. PU-lakken, watergedragen lakken, hoogglans en mat).
  • Spuitwerk: Met precisie aanbrengen van grond- en afwerkingslagen in de spuitcabine met professionele spuitapparatuur.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Nauwkeurig controleren van de laagdikte, dekking en stofvrije afwerking.
  • Onderhoud: Schoonmaken en onderhouden van de spuitcabine, pistolen en mengapparatuur.

Profiel

  • Ervaring: Je hebt ervaring als spuiter/pistoolschilder in de hout-, keuken- of interieursector (of relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare tak zoals carrosserie).
  • Materiaalkennis: Je kent de eigenschappen van hout, MDF en verschillende laksystemen.
  • Oog voor detail: Je streeft altijd naar een vlekkeloos en stofvrij resultaat; halfwerk bestaat voor jou niet.
  • Zelfstandig & Structuur: Je kunt zelfstandig je werk indelen en houdt je werkplek netjes en veilig.
