In de rol van pistoolschilder werk je nauw samen met een enthousiast team onder leiding van onze ervaren chef werkplaats. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het voorbereiden en spuiten van carrosserie-onderdelen, waarbij je elke taak met uiterste zorgvuldigheid aanpakt. Tot jouw werkzaamheden behoren onder andere het ontvetten van te lakken onderdelen, het spuitklaar maken van verf en het zelfstandig uitvoeren van spuitwerkzaamheden.

Je controleert jouw werk kritisch op fouten en kwaliteit, en vergelijkt dit met spuitstalen. Daarnaast ben je bereid om jouw collega's in andere afdelingen te ondersteunen om een optimale workflow te waarborgen. Jouw betrokkenheid en passie voor kwaliteit maken jou een onmisbare schakel in ons team!

Voor deze functie vragen wij het volgende profiel:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als pistoolschilder is een vereiste.
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en bent uiterst nauwkeurig in je werk.
  • Een sterke focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu is essentieel.
  • Je bent een teamspeler met een flexibele instelling.
  • Leergierigheid en de motivatie om jezelf continu te verbeteren zijn belangrijk.
  • Een rijbewijs is een pluspunt.
