Wat ga je doen?

Voor een toonaangevende producent van complexe staalconstructies zijn wij op zoek naar een pistoolschilder airless voor de vestiging in de regio Hamont. Het bedrijf is actief in uitdagende, technische projecten binnen diverse sectoren en staat bekend om zijn hoge kwaliteitsnormen.

Je start met een grondige opleidingsperiode waarin je vertrouwd raakt met de werking van het bedrijf en de schilderafdeling in het bijzonder. Je werkt onder begeleiding van het hoofd van de schilderafdeling, die instaat voor coaching en ondersteuning.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het airless schilderen van onderdelen volgens vastgelegde specificaties, inclusief steekproefsgewijze controles zoals hechting en laagdikte. Daarnaast zorg je voor de voorbereiding van onderdelen en het klaarleggen ervan voor verdere afwerking. Indien nodig voer je ook retouches uit op de werf.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om nieuwe technieken aan te leren
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je kan terugvallen op een opleiding schilder of relevante ervaring
  • Je bent bereid om retouches op locatie uit te voeren
  • Ervaring met rolbrug en heftruck is een pluspunt

Opleiding: Ervaring primeert boven diploma of opleiding.

Vakkennis: Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn doorslaggevend.

Talenkennis: Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
